The Sheraton Utama is centrally located in the city, close to major government offices and business district. It is close to the Brunei museum and the sultan of Brunei's palace as well as other main attractions.

Rooms
The bedrooms and bathrooms are of medium size and include all of the services and amenities expected from a Sheraton property. The rooms are tastefully decorated and in good condition.

Restaurant
The cafe melati provides casual dining, located at lobby level. Both local specialties and traditional western fare are available and a variety of lunch and dinner buffets are on offer everyday together with a la carte menu. Deals restaurant is more formal with continental menu, suitable for business lunches or special occasions.

General
This is the best hotel in Brunei and wins awards regularly, although the property does look dated in some areas.
