Garden Hotel Siena is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful dining room and grounds. I recommend paying for the "superior" room that offers a view of Siena. As long as you are paying that much for a hotel, and have travelled that far, it is worth the price for the magnificent view.
The staff was very helpful, the room clean and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Having spectacular weather made the visit perfect.
