  This a good value for the money. Pleasant accommodations and closet to University and downtown.
  I thought that for the price charged per night ($140) the facility would have been a bit more like the brand new Holiday Inn in Wellington which had full dining facilities,gym etc and only cost $150 per night (I booked both through wotif). Cable Court was nice but a little out of date now. Typical of many places of accommodation, neither Cable Court nor the Holiday Inn had adequate lighting for reading!
